"I had a GP appointment with a Dr. He listened to all my problems and tried to sort them out accordingly. Also, at each appointment he used a management plan sent via email which made me understand what are the future plans and how to take my medication as prescribed. Never seen anything like this or experience but it was/is very practical as I can go back and read it again"
